Is there anyway to ask an computer expert or something about pc virus attacks?... :(

i have gladly some friends on TS and discord which help me out but they pretty much say what i thought already: if the virus already attacked my hardrive and windows 10 SO HARD that i cant even boot it up already, than there is very little chance that i could save my datas WITHOUT getting the virus carried with it. so better doing a reinstall in total before this is even an opinion, infecting my other stuff with it should be a no-go.
