Yeah, if the suggestivenesss is over the top, it should be there for a reason. Like with drag queens who exaggerate feminine traits like breasts, hips and lips because they exaggerate femininity as a whole. It works BECAUSE they deliberately make themselves a character who is cartoonishly feminine for the sake of comedy.

the thing is you said it. COMEDY. This isnt sexy for the most part and even if "done" with the excuse of "Being sexy" than people DO begin to think deeper about such characte since, as i said, the character isnt done for the "comedy" but for the "funnsies" and as for that looks heavyly out of place and deformed...

i mean i do draw sexy female pin-ups as well but i would say i try to keep them "vanilla" and still cute and sexy in shape and form.
Even I as for myself get even sick of MYSELF if i draw the same "stuff" over and over again, take a break and draw something else, anything funny, another character, you know.
But some people just draw basically the same deformed shit over and over and OVER again and than dont even USE what they show...like, if i draw (as sample) a character with big tiddies, USE this tiddies or something, WHY ELSE should i give the character those if they already just look OUT OF PLACE anyway??
