im a bit confused about the uploading art tab

maybe i dont understand this sense but, do i have to check it IF i want to show it in the Public art tab.....or not check it?
Im a bit confused by that tbh...coz i checked them which seems....logical...?

I mean, you've uploaded 4 pieces of art already, so I guess you've got it figured out. Or actually, I think the sketch thing might be specifically for the art PORTAL. Like, if you're scouted. No idea though, I'm not an artist.

uploading is not the problem for sure not. i just duno, do i have to check this part? do i NOT have to check it? Its a bit confusing there, i mean, couldnt they just simply make it like "check here if you dont wanna do this art public"? Maybe its just coz im german and its, again, a bit confusing for me there...
