This Guy is creating AI art. From Copyrighted characters.

This might be not a great deal for now because lets face it, DA is overrunned by this sheat anyway...

but...

Here is the deal:

Said guy is also selling this AI copyrighted characters...

as ADOPTS.

And i thought patreon artists which uses copyrighted characters were bad but this is literally next level.

Well that sucks.
By the way, what is an “adopt”?

I would love to see this guy selling AI stuff from Disney and Nintendo just to see how far he can go *evil laugh*

...he infact is...look this guys page

@IHovLag An adoptable is an original character created by one creator, usually an artist, who intends to sell or trade to someone else, such as another creator. Adoptables, in most cases, are typically pre-designed and may have specific requirements, restrictions, or rules associated with them by the original creator.
The question of "what is an adoptable” changes depending on the person asking it. For someone who wants to adopt a character, it is an opportunity to buy or trade for a pre-designed character, usually because the design is detailed and impressive. For some, the most fun thing about adoptables are their collectability. There is something to building a collection of characters you’ve formed an attachment to that drives much of the adoption scene. For others, adopted characters may fit in with an existing story or setting they are developing.

For a creator of original characters, adoptables present an excellent option for networking and even potential profit. There are plenty of ways to benefit from creating adoptable OCs, but it requires a little planning and marketing.

(so you can find more info about them)

@ShangXian Nintendo and Disney would be IMMEDIATELY on their ass lmao.

yea thats why i beg to give this case forward and report this guy.

@ChronoNG This is why I mentioned them XD

@ShangXian
Oh…I get it now, thank you so much for taking your time to explain this to me!

@WAtheAnum I can't see the adoptable because they are under the Mature filter and not having an account anymore does not allow me to see them, but I've some other works really questionable in terms of the character's age. I would like to bleach my eyes now.

a shame but yea. said person basically is selling characters from nintendo and disney alike. of course, in AI fashion and bad "erotic" poses.

Still, hes actually selling them and people, so it seems, are still stupid enough to fall for this freud.

@WAtheAnum O_O if this person likes to play with fire, let him burn then. But yeah people falling for this AI stuff makes me wonder that education on recognizing AI-generated stuff is important. Just today while I was shopping I saw a greeting card with a panda holding a red flower. All beautiful, all cute except that my eye immediately noticed that it was not made by a person but with AI. The right paw had only three claws instead of five, the left paw had all five claws but they were strange in their position (not your typical ursine claw placement) and one of the petals was strangely coming out of the flower, not to mention the omnipresent souleless vibe typical of things made with AI.

I might post a pic of it in my profile.
